Welcome to the University Week classifieds. The ads in this section have been
posted by members of the UW community for members of the UW community. There is
no charge for a classified ad, but you must be a member of the UW community and
have a UW News+Community account
before you can post and manage your ads. Consider using the classifieds not just
when you’re looking to sell your car or rent out your spare room, but also when
you want to make a connection — find a tennis partner or a good software
program, a book group or carpool going your way. The University is like a small
city, and the classifieds is a way to mine the resources of that city.
Because we are part of a state-supported university and not a commercial
enterprise, there are some restrictions on University Week classifieds. You’ll
find those in our classified advertising policy, which you’ll be required to
read and agree to before you post. All ads will be reviewed and approved by
University Week editors before they appear.
We’ve provided some categories for ads based on what we think people might want to advertise, but we realize we may not have covered everything. If you’d like to suggest a new category, or you have an editorial question about the ads, e-mail uweek@u.washington.edu.
