Moliere’s ‘The Misanthrope’ next up for School of Drama
The UW School of Drama presents The Misanthrope from May 25 to June 8 in the Penthouse Theatre. Written in the 17th century by French playwright Moliere, the play revolves around a hero who insists on honesty in the midst of a hypocritical time.

Bell dedication planned for May 31
About 200 invited guests will help “ring in” the new bells in Gerberding Hall’s tower on Saturday, May 31. And after the dedication ceremonies, the public will be able to hear the bells’ first “concert,” beginning at about 11:45 a.m.
