Registration Order Form
(The above link is open until midnight May 25)
- Husky Stadium participants will order guest and student tickets through the above link. Note: No student will be allowed in the lining up area without a student entrance ticket.
- You do not need to complete the above web form if you are attending a school/college or departmental event that does not require apparel or parking. Check your school or departmental information here.
Form Completion Instructions
- Only students who meet the requirements listed in the Eligibility section of this website will be able to access the form.
- You must use the "Next" and "Previous" buttons while in the form.
- You will need to enter your student number and name as it appears on your student records
- You should consult with your family to determine the number of tickets and parking permits you will need. Remember to find out if any of your guests will need special disability accommodations (e.g., wheelchair, mobility impaired, assistive listening devices, sign language interpreter).
- The form will ask you if you are attending a school/college or departmental event to determine if those wishing to park on campus will need a parking permit. See the At-a-Glance Guide for more information. Please be aware that schools and colleges may have additional RSVP requirements other than this form. Check with your department regarding their requirements.
- Payment wil be taken online when finalizing your order.
- You may use Visa, Mastercard, a debit card, or a valid checking account number for payment.
- You may select a pick up date of June 4, 5, 6, or 7. Participants who are no longer living in the Seattle area will be directed via the form to specific pick up times closer to the date of the ceremony.
- Come to the HUB on your chosen day to pick up your order.
Students are responsible for checking the accuracy of their order at the time of pick up. Late notification of an error may result in additional costs.
Changes or Refunds on Orders
- Once your form has been submitted, you will not be able to make changes online. Any changes required to your order (e.g., extra tickets or parking passes) may be requested at the HUB when picking up your order.
- Refunds for apparel or parking will be granted on cancellations before May 25th by completing the online Refund Form. Refunds after this date will be reviewed on an individual basis.
- No refunds will be processed after pick up week begins: June 4th.
